As if Beyonce isn’t already everywhere shaking her big bootylicious ass, H&M now also announced that the self proclaimed Queen will be their new face this summer. Apparently, Mrs. Carter also had a say in designing the summer collection.
From what can be seen from the first and for now only picture, the clothing screams sex, gold and ghetto: Beyonce’s trademarks. It does look fun and as something more daring than the usual safe H&M style.
Anyway, the best part of this is all are the hyperbolic statements in the press release. It describes the collection as “an epic fantasy, with glamour, drama and also a sense of paradise. The idea that women can be all things: strong, vulnerable, sensual, maternal, fun and flirtatious”. And very confused, after reading this. Must be a very schizophrenic collection.
